You can add a second email address to your gmail account. You have to sign in to your gmail account, then go to your account settings and find that option. , then once you have done that you have to log in to the list, go to the Edit My Membership button and there you can change the address where list emails go. The suggestion to simply unsubscribe and resubscribe is of course another solution.
