Hi Pablo, I have no idea why this doesn't work for you. I just went through the entire process of ordering a Standscan Pro, adding the 12 Volt Battery Holder as an accessory and then putting in the discount code. Everything worked perfectly, the website showed the Standscan Pro for $29.95 and the Battery Holder for $4.95 for a total of $34.90 and then it showed the 10% discount of $3.49. The shipping was calculated as $10 and my total was $41.41 which is perfectly correct. I then went to checkout, entered one of my employee's names, my store's address and phone number since I had already set up an account when I ordered my Standscan and I wanted to make sure it all works. All of that was fine and at the end it said that I would be redirected to the Paypal website and when I clicked on Complete Purchase or whatever the button was called it took maybe 5 or 6 seconds and the Paypal website opened asking me to log in. At that point I stopped because everything seems to work just fine.
You say something in your other email that you go to the website and click the "Buy Now" button. Are you even on the Standscan website? I have not seen a single "Buy Now" button during the entire process. The website is www.Standscan.com. When I go there, I first find the "Products" link and click on it. Now it shows me the Standscan for $19.95 and the Standscan Pro for $29.95. After each is an "Add to Cart" button. Click on the second one, the one after the Standscan Pro. Wait a bit until the new site loads, it will display your shopping cart with 1 item in it and it will list the Standscan Pro. Add accessories if you like by clicking on Continue Shopping, then on Accessories. Here a bunch of accessories are displayed. You do not have to add the 12 Volt DC Power Adapter because you automatically get it if you use the discount code, but you may want the 12 Volt Battery Holder for $4.95. You can use "2" for heading level 2 to jump through the list of accessories, when you find the battery holder use "b" for button and it will go to the Add to Cart button. When you are done check that both the Standscan Pro and the Battery Holder are displayed. Find the field for the discount code and put in VIPHONE Now click Apply Coupon and after a few seconds it will show your subtotal, then the discount and your total. You can also put in your country, state and zip code to get a shipping estimate, but most likely it will be $8 or $10. Now at the bottom of the shopping cart, click on "Proceed to Checkout". On the next page you have to enter your name, address, email and phone number. You can check a checkbox to create an account in which case you also have to enter a password or if you don't think you buy more of their products you can just continue to the Paypal website and pay for your purchase. As I said, these are the steps, it all works fine here. At one point when I did all of this a second time I got a 404 Not Found when I clicked on Products. It was at the very top of the webpage, but the entire webpage was still there. I clicked on Products again and it was fine, maybe just a slow connection or busy website. As for their phone number, here is what they say on their website: Our friendly and knowledgeable customer service team is available to answer your questions or concerns. Feel free to contact us Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm. We are available by phone at +1 646 807 0113 , as well as by email. I just tried the number and it rings. Since it's after 9 PM in New York just now I didn't expect anybody to pick up and they don't seem to have voice mail. It is of course also the weekend so I doubt you would reach anybody before Monday morning and maybe not even until Tuesday since it's the Easter weekend and some places are still closed on Monday. In any case, you should be able to order the Standscan and still use the discount code tonight, tomorrow or Sunday.
