Voicedream isn't really very nice for reading books in braille. So, if you want to read with a braille display ibooks is your baby. I find ibooks atrocious for voice though. I just vocalizer. Voicedream comes with acapela voices which are so much better for listening to books it blows the mind. So, if you want speech to read it out to you, then I'd go voicedream.
