If you are using the new Audible app there is currently no way to move forward if Voiceover is on unless you go to Narration Speed where you can select up to triple speed.
If you turn Voiceover off and hit it just right, you can touch the screen just above the home key, but not too much above, then do a single finger swipe up. This activates the so-called "button free" mode. If you do manage to activate it which usually takes me a few tries, you can do a single finger swipe from left to right on the top half of the screen to go forward 60 seconds or a single finger swipe right to left to go backward. If you swipe vertically it will insert a Bookmark. You can turn Voiceover on again when you are done and find a "Close" button at the top left which will close/turn off button free mode. Keep in mind that even while it is still on, once you turn on Voiceover the swipe gestures to forward or go back don't work any more. I suggest you write to Audible and tell them as well that you would like to see a "Jump Forward" option similar to the Jump Back button although I am pretty sure they got the message and I assume their next release will reintroduce some more controls again.
