I can imagine some people set alerts a lot indeed. It does indeed make
sense to bring that over to the VO Calendar screen as soon as possible.
My notion was a general one in the sense that many options in the
standard calendar screen are only used once in a while.

You can by tapping 'More Options' withing the event add/edit screen.
This will show the standard calendar app screen in which you can set
an alert. I may integrate that more into VO Calendar itself. But the
basic idea is that most people for most events only need to enter a
time and text.

I just fixed this issue. It was indeed still speaking Dutch in
certain occasions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
You can check for an update within a week or so (that's the
average time Apple needs to review the app).
