Hi Reggie, In the,doc on the bottom of Zello app, the second tab is the "contact" tab. Double tap on that. Find the contact in your contact list by either flicking to the right or moving your finger down from top to bottom. Double tap on the "more" of the contact you need to reply to. Find the "reply" button and double tap on it. In this screen, there an accept or a decline button. Double tap on the one you want for that contact. There is also a block button this screen. HTH.
