In case the answer is no, I ask this question before I wish I had known the
answer. If I receive a call, on my iPhone 5, from an automated service, such
as from a doctor's office, where I have to press one to confirm an appointment,
will the keyboard be available on screen for me to do it, and I just let it go
to speaker phone to access the keyboard? If the keyboard isn't going to be
there, how will I get to the keyboard? Finally, does my phone behave
differently in this matter if the screen is locked or unlocked when I receive
this call? I know that the keyboard is there if I place the call myself.

Thanks in advance for any information.
