Hi Mickey, To reorder your rotor options, go to Settings > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver then flick right to the Rotor button and double tap. I find that in order to arrange the rotor so that the settings for characters and words are next to the edit option, I have to flick right to the "reorder characters" button, double tap and hold, then move this all the way down to the bottom of the list of rotor items. By default, the rotor options for characters, words, and lines, are listed first. You' need to move them last – below "Vertical Navigation" if you are in the default rotor screen, if you want them to appear beside edit. Check this by clicking the home button once to go to home screen, then again to move to the spotlight search text box. You'll find your last item beside "edit" in the counterclockwise direction, and the next-to-the last item, which could be "words" one more counterclockwise turn beyond that.
