Open the App Store on the iOS device. Double tap on the search tab at the bottom of the display. Double tap on the search edit field at the top of the display. Type "control pc" in the search box and double tap return in the lower right corner of the keyboard. I just did this and received 64 apps listed. You will need to read through the app description to see which apps provide the type of control you require.
