Is there any other way of turning up the volume of Siri?
I did go into the Siri settings, and I saw no volume setting.
Just asking for future reference.

Maybe Siri's volume has gotten turned down. After you double-tap the Dictate
button, press Volume Up to see if you can turn up the beep sound.
