I had the same problem even a year ago. Never could figure it out.

Everything looked fine.

I too called grubhub and they said they wanted to make things work
better with VO. I told them it was very accessible and usable with vo
but never could place the final order even after tripple checking all
info.

They said the error messages that grubhub issues are near the bottom of
the screen and go away and vo can't read them.

So far they seem to have done nothing to address this issue.

A real shame.

They were so nice on the phone.
