Also, one more quick thing. Just FYI.
That's not meant to be a headphone jack. That's a line in port for your mp3
player so that you can connect the speaker up to those devices with the
included cable.
If you have anything plugged into that hole while you're attempting to pair
it Bluetooth gets very wonky.
You should hear the double beep that indicates that the speaker is turned on
and ready to pair, provided there's nothing plugged into the line in jack at
the time.
Also, just recently I purchased a keyboard and my Bluetooth on my phone
apparently decided that would be a good time to get pissy and not work, and
it took not just turning Bluetooth off and back on, but a full reboot of my
phone to get the keyboard to show up in discoverable devices so that it
could be paired. *sigh* Point being, that unfortunately, technology isn't
without its inconsistencies.
That being said, if you are having, or continue to have problems, or would
like any assistance or support with the speaker, please, feel free to
contact us.

Subject: Beat Box getting It Work With The Phone

Hello Folks,

I just want to comment on a small occurrance with the Beat Box and if anyone
else had this happen to them. First of all, I want to state that the BeatBox
is fully charge and the issue happened on an iPhone4.I was attempting
to,connect it though bluetooth and it failed. I could connect it to the
iPhone via the headphone jack only. I did turn on/off bluetooth through
setting and unpaired/paired it again. This didn't solve the problem. I
closed out all open app in the app switcher and no go. The action that
trigger the Beat Box was when I open BrailleTouch to process this email. Go
figure. So, if one is having the same problem, pair the speaker and open any
app. Hth.

Best,
Eileen
