If it hasn't been activated, use the wire tool to open the SIM tray. Place the SIM card in the tray. Plug the iPhone in to start charging it. Triple tap the home button after about a minute to activate VO during start-up. Double-tap on the bottom of the screen where it says things in different languages. Follow the scht-up prompts. Note: If a kind person has already activated the iPhone for you, you will need to use either a sighted person, or iTunes, to initially start VO.
