Neal, We have submitted an update to Talking Goggles to the app store. The update includes a settings page (outside of the app, no clutter), a better description of the buttons for voice over, and improved stability of the video mode. This version should become available as a free update within a few days, after Apple accepts it.
We are very excited with the positive feedback from the blind and low vision community, and aim to improve Talking Goggles further to suit your needs as best as possible.
