I was going to get the Blueant Q3, but the reviews on Amazon is saying that
this model doesn't work well with the iPhone 5. They are waiting for
Blueant to release a firmware update. These reviews were recent.

For a single ear piece, I would recommend the Blueant Q3. It is not cheap,
at $99.
For a stereo bluetooth headset, I would recommend the Aftershokz Bluez
bone conduction headphones. The list price is $119, but serotek is
