I would agree with you. Unfortunately, several blind people on this list 
repeatedly state a level of dislike of iTunes ranging from dislike to hatred. I 
personally do not understand the feelings. I switched to iTunes when I 
purchased my original iPhone 4 and learned to use it. After that, I found it 
easier to use than WinAmp or Windows Media Player. The fact is, once we learn a 
particular product, anything else is automatically much harder to use because 
it is different. It doesn't matter if the new product is better or easier once 
we learn it. The initial reaction is almost always extremely negative, and many 
people are unable to get past that initial reaction.

Considering the above, I have learned, based on many negative attacks at me for 
suggesting it, not to recommend, or even suggest, iTunes as the most reasonable 
solution.

Again, for me, iTunes is one of the better, if not the best, media players for 
both Windows and Mac, and I have a difficult time understanding why so many 
blind people struggle with, or refuse to use, the program.
