I do not know of a way of deleting all messages from all of the people that have sent you a text, but you can delete all text sent by a person.
Double tap on messages Right flick and double tap on first name in the list of people that have sent you text This is that persons messaging screen. If you right flick from the top left, you will come to an edit button, double tap the edit button. Now left flick back until you hear clear all, and then double tap clear all. You will get a confirmation pop up screen, just double tap the clear conversation button, and all messages that you sent and received that person will be deleted. After that, you should land on the back button, just double tap it to go back to your list of people that you have sent or received messages from. You then just go through your list and delete messages from each person. Hope this helps.
