Dismiss app switcher fills most of the display in the app switcher. You will
find four apps across the bottom of the display; where the doc is on the home
screens. To get to the lock screen control, you will need to use a three-finger
horizontal flick from left to right. Given your hand coordination difficulties,
I would encourage you to go to settings, general, accessibility, VoiceOver,
practice area, touch the middle of the screen, so you can really practice to
see if you can figure out ways to generate the various touch commands. I'll let
you know what I am able to figure out combining VO and assistive touch next
month, if nobody else is able to experiment with the combination before then.
