Hi there. I bought an iphone lanyard off ebay for about $6.00 Australian. It has the same connector as the apple charger that slots into the base of the phone and clips in so it can't fall out. You then simply hang it around your neck. Mine is for an iPhone 4S but I am sure you would be able to get them for the 5's. HTH, Jo
