Hello, SQLed allows you to import a CSV file into a database. It does not give you any good way to view the data though.
I have not found any other spreadsheet, or database, application that works much better though. IDatabase does allow you to view the data in a decent manner, but doesn't have any real good way to import data. If your database is small, with only a few columns, you can try to open your .CSV file from DropBox to IDatabase, and it will import the information that way, but it hasn't worked too well as far as I have managed so far.
