Although it is a bit expensive, weather alert USA is by far and away the best in my opinion. I am an extreme weather freak, even to the point of driving everyone who knows me crazy. Therefore you can rest assured I have tried just about every weather app out there. Weather alert USA is about $20, but provides detailed 7 day forecasts and notes, as well as more than 120 different types of severe weather weather and other hazardous alerts for any specified area or multiple states and/or counties at once. The app is completely VO friendly and I figured out how to set it up and use it just by taking time to play around with it. I don't have things memorized but the ease of use is such that memorization is not necessary, all settings are saved in iCloud backups so if you have to restore everything is restored to how you had it set up before the most recent backup.
