Hi, If you install Dropbox on a new computer, everything in your Dropbox folder will be copied to it automatically. If you are finished using Dropbox on your former computer, go to your account on the Dropbox website and unlink that computer from Dropbox. Then you can delete the folder without deleting your files from Dropbox.
