Hi Kelly and all, I found a save button just above the letter p on the keyboard. It is about where the send button is in text messages. I also discovered that you have to navigate away from the the place where you made the note before you can bring up the menu again. When I did a single finger double tap after saving the note, I was told that 376 other people had highlighted that part of the book. HTH,
