Hi Andrew, what happens time-wise when you turn your phone on depends on the network you are using. Many networks have a service that sets the time for you when you connect, but not all. So you may or may not find the time is set right. If you don't have a local sim in your phone, which would allow you to use your phone a lot more effectively, then you can manually select a network to rome on and hopefully find one that pushes the time for you.
