I think you have to go into settings and WiFi and select the, more info, button for your network to have the phone forget that network. I don't think you can change the encryption type from WiFi settings for the network on the phone. You'll have to rejoin ghe network and put in the new pass key for the network. Unless I am missing something, I don't see a way to change this on the phone for the network.
