Hi. This was an issue for me, too. The short answer is that it depends on
the individual keyboard. Using my Amazon Basics keyboard I can input phone
numbers into my contacts and even use the keyboard numbers row to make a
call, but I can't use the keyboard to input numbers for things like checking
my bank or credit card balance., but some people can using other brands.
I've just resorted to using a headset while on those kinds of calls. It
seems very difficult at first, but it does get easier to use those automated
menus.
Chocolate is the answer... who cares what the question is!

Subject: A Bluetooth keyboard question
Good evening list members,
Has anyone ever used a bluetooth keyboard to input numbers while on a phone
call? For example, if one calls their automated banking system and wants to
use the keyboard to enter the bank account number and pin, is this possible?
Any experiences with this would be helpful.
Thanks,
Amber
