Hi Jim, Being a vendor of electronics I am consistently sending back merchandise to a manufacturer somewhere in the world, and in most cases, if not all, the pre-paid shipping stamp does work, so go ahead and use it.
Worst case scenario, you can call the company and let them know that it's been shipped using their labels and postage, and, if you want to cover your ass even more, send it registered mail with a tracking number. It'll cost you a few dollars, but at least you used everything the company gave you to ship the item and then some, so they will have no choice but to replace the headset should it get lost. In any case, the item will be returned by the post office if the pre-paid postage isn't sufficient to cover the shipment. Good luck.
