You won't be able to put it on top without cutting it, hwich then means iti s unlikely to line up properly after that. Won't go under, I tried that. so shorto f cutting out the screen protector from the defender case, it's not a combination you can use together. Of course, they do do a defender specific version hwich does fit on the outside. But I had a similar case - Griffin Survivor - which I tore the screen cover off of. So whatever works.
