Hello, everyone. When I use Earl, the newspaper-reading app, or Lire, the RSS reading app, I lose network connectivity quite often after about twenty to thirty minutes of use. The wireless switch on my iPhone 3GS is still on, but the status bar tells me "not connected." If I try to enable the network connection, it never holds for long. The only thing I can do is close the app and come back to it after a while. I have reset my wireless router and have also reset the network settings on my iPhone. I have not yet reset my iPhone to its factory settings.
A few things to note: I'm using an iPhone 3GS running iOS 6.1.13. The connection is a fast and robust Verizon FiOS one, and I never lose connectivity between my router and my Windows 7 Home Premium machine. I never lose connectivity when I use TuneIn Radio Pro with my iPhone. I use Safari very infrequently. Can anyone imagine what the problem might be? All help is appreciated.
