Hello list,
I have spoken to several apple care representatives also, and went to an Apple 
store today, it sounds as though probably some change was made by APPLE  and it 
is affecting all iPhones the gentleman that I spoke to said it could be the 
"network" I'm assuming he meant servers that Siri is communicating with I even 
tried it on a display iPhone 5 and still the same issue so I'm assuming Apple 
changed something . No fix as of yet
