Andrew, The only program I've had much luck with for this type of info is Goggles. It does a pretty good job of reading labels on a round can if you can hold your hand steady enough to track around the can.
Between TapTap Se, DigitEyes or Text Grabber and with the ade of Goggles I usually manage to get the info. Good luck!
