Hi, I use Firefox in Windows 7 and when I want to refresh the contents I
simply press f5 on the keyboard.

read the list of topics, I can't find a means of refreshing to see if new things
have been added. Even if I back out of the V iPhone list, and then return to it, I
get the list of topics that existed the first time I arrived. The only way to
update appears to be to sign out & back in again. That makes no sense. Could
someone tell me how you update the list once you're in it?
