Hi David, Actually I am more concerned about my wifi data limits more than my cell data. (smile)
However, I bit the bullet and downloaded Scout GPS today. It is accessible for the most part. There are some buttons that are not labeled that I haven't figured out the function of. If I get further with it I will post a critique.
