You can try 2 things: First, touch the screen at the bottom left, just above the home key, you have the following buttons from left to right: Mark message, Move, Delete, Reply and Compose If you find the "Mark Message" button and then swipe left once, you are on the very end of your message. You could then do a 3-finger swipe down to move up a page or repeat the gesture to move up several pages depending on how long the actual email is. Alternatively, you can bring up the item chooser with a 2-finger triple tap. This will display a lot of stuff, 2 of the items it will display is the subject as well as the message date. You already heard the subject from when Voiceover read you where the message was from in the main list view of the Inbox. You could now either find that in the item chooser or starttyping it into the search box at the top of the item chooser. For example, the subject you gave this message is "How to go to the message body quickly". You could start typing "How to go" and most likely that would narrow down all the items in the item chooser down to that one line or, if the string "How to go" occurred again, at least it wouldn't be often. You can then simply double tap on that result and you will be placed there. Since the subject field is underneath all the To and CC addresses, you are almost at the message body. You can do the same with the date, e.g. type "May 17" in the search field and this most likely will put you on the message date which is the last thing before the message body.
