I use the TV Guide app, as was suggested. It works really well with V.O., and, as Ricardo stated correctly, you can enter your zip code, your provider, and even choose whether you want HD channels to be included or not. Then you have a complete listing of channels and the programs. Once you become familiar, you can customize which channels you want displayed. Meaning, you can create a channel listing with just the channels you are interested in; you can weed out all the crappy shopping channels and such. Good luck, Melissa
