I'm not sure what you're asking. The posts will be sent to your email
account on your email provider, which I don't recognize by the way.
After that, they'll get to Outlook Express on your PC via a protocol
like POP or IMAP, depending on how things are set up on your email
provider and in Outlook Express.
Note that Google Groups is set up so that you won't receive your own
messages.
