I just received a notification that a new iTunes for Windows update, version 11.0.3.42, is available. I installed it and, if I remember correctly, wasn't there an issue before that made it impossible to sync selected Audio Books? Well, this seems to be resolved unless of course yesterday's Jaws update resolved it, but I don't recall reading that there was any iTunes fixes in that version.
