if you're using safari's zoom feature, which is to stretch the fingers, yeah, that won't work on any of Google's pages. You'd have to turn on Zoom in Settings>General>Accessibility>Zoom, and use a 3 finger double tap and hold up/down to zoom in and out, decreasing or increasing magnification, then move around with 3 fingers to pan around the page. I personally leave Zoom on so that a 3 finger double tap will zoom in. I then use triple click home to turn on voiceOver.
