Hi Arnold,

I suggest you find the manual for your headphones and look up how to do a
reset or, if necessary, see if you can reinstall/update the headset's
firmware.

Regards,

Sieghard

Subject: I Have Messed Up My Bluetooth Headphones

I have the LG HBS700 headphones, which worked flawlessly until today. I was
listening to a Learning Ally book, and answered a call. When I pressed the
button to end the call, now I only can hear the phone and Seary through my
headphones. No VoiceOver, music, or audio of any kind. I have turned both
units off and on, unpaired, then repaired them, including forcing the
headphones into mannnual pairing mode, I tried turning them on while on
another phone call, which I could hear fine, then disconnected that call,
hoping it would straighten it out. I guess, somehow, the software in them
has gotten bungled up. This would be the classic case of remove the
battery, wait a bit, and put it back in. Of course, I can't do that with
these headphones. I found what I thought might be a reset button on the
plastic housing of the right headphone, but after getting that rubber plug
out, there doesn't seem to be any kind of reset button in there, nothing
depresses that I can find with the end of a straightened out safety pin.

Thanks for any ideas.
