You might want to try connecting to your computer and going in to
accessigility settings through iTunes. Not sure if that will work or not,
but worth a try.

Subject: Assistive Touch Being Intrusive

I accidentally turned on assistive touch and now, it appears in the upper
left corner of the phone, no matter what I do. Also, it prevents me from
accessing any type of settings. When I go to settings on my I phone 5, that
assistive touch menu comes up and there's no way I can get out of it. Any
thoughts?

Eddie
