It's weird. It has to be organized into 9 by 9 squares. It really does remind me of a Sudoku, only the large boxes have to contain only one number instead of all nine. So, to solve the puzzle, you have to put all nine A's in the top left box, all the B's in the top middle box, all the C's in the top right box, and so on. I hope that made sense. You arrange the puzzle by sliding the columns up or down and sliding the rows to the left or right. The VoiceOver feedback is excellent, it's just a very daunting puzzle.
