Hi, It works with or without Voiceover on. The problem is, its just really inconsistent. I'm assuming its using the proximity sensor along with the accelerometer and gyroscope. But, I can only get it to work maybe 50% of the time. I mean, I under stand why Apple just can't use the proximity sensor, people would be activating Siri accidentally all the time but boy, it needs work. haha.
