Hi All, I have had quite a few people write me privately asking for the model number of my Bose over the ear head phones. These phones cover the ear and help deaden outside noises. These are strictly for listening to music and they have no Microphone. Bose says this is their best ear phones made specially for MP3 128 KBS MP3 files played back on an iPhone.
On the left ear cup is a short thick wire a few inches long ending in a male 3.5 Mm plug. The phones come with 2 cables. A long cable and a short one. Each cable has a male and female 3.5 connector on both ends and can be joined together to form an even longer cable. I can't say enough about these head phones for listening to music. You can go into settings and then music and use the E-Q settings if you like but personally, I find that I like them best with the E-Q turned off. I've owned these phones for several years now. They come in a zippered case. As I said, they are made for portables like iPhone so you would want something to carry them around in. Care should be taken with the cords as they are thin to keep the weight down. I also have an iPod Nano fifth generation 16 GB music player that has a built in FM radio. When I'm listening to the radio with these phones the cord becomes the antenna and I get very good reception. I apologize for taking over a week to find the information and then waiting for my wife to look in the manual but I'm sure you all know what that's like waiting for sighted assistance. <grin> Here's the straight skinny on my phones.
