Sometoimes I'll even have to put my iPhone in my shirt pocket even with my ear peace in my left ear. ----- Original Message ----- From: David Chittenden To: [email protected] Sent: Sunday, May 26, 2013 9:35 PM Subject: Re: Bluetooth Delay
Bluetooth is extremely susceptible to being blocked or interfered. If the earpiece is across your body from the iPhone, your body water can delay or disrupt the bluetooth signal. You really need direct line of sight from the device to the earpiece. Bluetooth is a weak, short-range signal. By that I mean headphones that normally are fairly snappy with sometimes cause longer delay. More difficult, though, is moving around the screen to locate a button and tapping what you think is it only t have the one touched before that activate. > > I am just wondering if anyone knows any ways to minimize delay with devices normally not having it or eliminating it in those that more prone than others. The new Plantronics M55 seems particularly bad, but another Plantronics 903 is mostly pretty good. > > Thanks! > > > Eric > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the "VIPhone" Google Group. > To search the VIPhone public archive, visit http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/. > To post to this group, send email to [email protected]. > To unsubscribe from this group, send email to [email protected]. > For more options, visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/viphone?hl=en. > --- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "VIPhone" group. > To unsubscribe from this group and stop receiving emails from it, send an email to [email protected]. > For more options, visit https://groups.google.com/groups/opt_out. > > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the "VIPhone" Google Group.
