I think someone established that anything that has a microphone is called a
headset even if it's for one ear only. If you are googling, try putting in
single ear headset with A2DP.

Good luck.

Subject: blue tooth head sets and ear pieces

Hello everyone,
I have both a blue tooth ear piece and a blue tooth head set. I am not
totally thrilled with either one, but, when I search for them on amazon,
they all appear to show up as head sets. I would like a head set for
listening to music in steareo, but, when I am out and about, I would just
like something that fits in my ear. I am interested in something that works
well with voice over, and that is good for making and receiving calls.
Someone gave me an LG ear piece, and it is just o k. The head set is
something like a kinivo. It, too was given to me. One thing I should say
about the Kinevo head set is that it works well with music and voice over,
but, terrible on making and receiving calls. People always complain that
they can't hear me.
