I think someone established that anything that has a microphone is called a headset even if it's for one ear only. If you are googling, try putting in single ear headset with A2DP.

The head set is something like a kinivo. It, too was given to me. One thing I should say about the Kinevo head set is that it works well with music and voice over, but, terrible on making and receiving calls.
