Hi, If you're typing a phone number in a contact, there's a Shift key below 7, where the star would be on the regular keyboard. Once you tap it, the 0 becomes a + sign. On the keypad where you're dialing a phone number, there's no Shift option, but if I hold the 0 key, it says "Plus," so I think you would use 0 for plus when dialing.
