No, Downcast which I think most blind as well as sighted users agree is probably the best Podcasting app is $1.99. iCatcher is $2.99 and it is also fully Voiceover accessible. I just read that it now supports the Action rotor for deleting episodes which Downcast does not yet do although I think the developer is working on it. I started out with iCatcher and then switched to Downcast, might just have to try iCatcher again. If you listen to Podcasts a lot you'll be happy you spend the $2 or $3.
