Actually can someone clarify does one double or triple tap the shift key
to enable caps lock? Thing is I use touch typing so when I press the
shift key is capitalizes the next letter without me doing a double tap.
Double tap it in this case enables or disables caps loc.

We are interested in being non traditional and getting Hulu and
Netflix. We don't want cable or satellite tv. I am a novice in this area
