Hi Bonnie, the answer to both of your questions is yes. If you go to the ViPhone website there is an area to the right of the posts labeled Members. Below this you will find a link "edit my membership ". Once in this area you can choose no email, abridged email, or digest emails. Remember to hit the safe these settings button before you leave the sight.
