Hi Jed, You can either double tap Edit at the top left of the screen and then double tap the Delete Switch button to the left of each contact, then confirm or you can use the new action rotor gesture which works here. Actually, if you touch a contact and wait a moment, Voiceover should say "Swipe up or down to select a custom action". So, swipe either up or down and Voiceover will say "Delete", then just double tap. This is the same gesture you would use in the Mail app to delete messages in your Inbox.
